妇科开展优质护理服务的方法及成效分析

The Methods and Effectiveness Analysis of Carrying out High Quality Care Services in Gynecology Department

目的:探讨妇科开展优质护理服务的方法,以及通过优质护理服务患者对医院护理的评价效果。方法:对我科2009年5月-2010年3月收治的39例妇科患者进行统计,对其中的23例患者进行优质护理服务,作为优质护理组,对其他的16例患者进行常规护理服务,作为常规护理组,调查统计全部39例患者对护理的满意度、对临床护理人员的熟悉程度。结果:优质护理组的患者对医院护理满意为19人,较满意为2人,一般为2人,不满意为0人。总满意度为91.30%,不满意度为0。常规护理组的患者对医院护理满意为10人,较满意为3人,一般为2人,不满意为1人。总满意度为81.25%,不满意度为6.25%。结论:优质护理服务对提高患者对医院护理质量的满意度有显著效果。

Objective：To investigate the quality of care and gynecological services to catty out methods,and patient care through quality evaluation of hospital care results.Metheds：39 clinical cases of gynecologic patients admitted to out department from May 2009 to March 2010 and Statistics,of which 23 patients were high,qualilty eatelquality care as a group,16 patients of other routine care,as the usual care group,all 39 patients survey Satisfaction of Care, familiarity with clinical nudes.Results：The group of high-quality care and satisfaction for hospital care of patients,l 9 were satisfactory for：2 people,usually for 2 people,not satisfied with the 0.91.30% of total satisfaction.dissatisfaction is 0.Usual care group of patients satisfied with hospital care for 10 people,3 satisfactory,normally for 2 people,not satisfied as a person.81.25% of total satisfaction,dissatisfaction was 6.25%.Conclusion：The high-quality care to improve the quality of patient satisfaction with hospital care has a remarkable effect.
