摘要
目的:探讨妇科开展优质护理服务的方法,以及通过优质护理服务患者对医院护理的评价效果。方法:对我科2009年5月-2010年3月收治的39例妇科患者进行统计,对其中的23例患者进行优质护理服务,作为优质护理组,对其他的16例患者进行常规护理服务,作为常规护理组,调查统计全部39例患者对护理的满意度、对临床护理人员的熟悉程度。结果:优质护理组的患者对医院护理满意为19人,较满意为2人,一般为2人,不满意为0人。总满意度为91.30%,不满意度为0。常规护理组的患者对医院护理满意为10人,较满意为3人,一般为2人,不满意为1人。总满意度为81.25%,不满意度为6.25%。结论:优质护理服务对提高患者对医院护理质量的满意度有显著效果。
Objective:To investigate the quality of care and gynecological services to catty out methods,and patient care through quality evaluation of hospital care results.Metheds:39 clinical cases of gynecologic patients admitted to out department from May 2009 to March 2010 and Statistics,of which 23 patients were high,qualilty eatelquality care as a group,16 patients of other routine care,as the usual care group,all 39 patients survey Satisfaction of Care, familiarity with clinical nudes.Results:The group of high-quality care and satisfaction for hospital care of patients,l 9 were satisfactory for:2 people,usually for 2 people,not satisfied with the 0.91.30% of total satisfaction.dissatisfaction is 0.Usual care group of patients satisfied with hospital care for 10 people,3 satisfactory,normally for 2 people,not satisfied as a person.81.25% of total satisfaction,dissatisfaction was 6.25%.Conclusion:The high-quality care to improve the quality of patient satisfaction with hospital care has a remarkable effect.
