综合医院心内科精神医学联络会诊61例分析

Study on 61 Cases of Psychological Consultation Liaison in General Hospital's Cardiology Department

目的:了解综合医院心内科精神医学联络会诊患者的病种构成与心理健康状况。方法:选取2009年7月～2010年12月间本院心内科联络会诊资料完整住院患者共61例,对所有资科进行统计分析。结果:病种构成,F41.1(广泛性焦虑障碍)34例为最多,占总人数的55.74%;心理健康测试,躯体化、焦虑、总分、敌对、恐怖、精神病性、抑郁、强迫等7项与全国常模相比具有非常显著性差异(p<0.01);偏执因子分具有显著性差异(p<0.05);而人际敏感因子无显著性差异(p>0.05);会诊后治疗有效率为98.25%。结论:心内科会诊患者存在精神心理问题,加强心理科联络会诊能有效提高心内科的诊断水平与治疗效果。

Objective：To learn the composition of diseases and the mental health status of psychological Consultafion liaison in cardiology department of general hospiial. Methods：Totatly 61 consecutive inpaticnts from general hospitals betWeen 2009 and 2010 were enrolled, and all the data were analyzed. Results：34 cases of F41.1 （generalized anxiety disorder） is the main diseases;Total score and 8 factor score of Symptom cliecklist 90（SCL-90） were higher than in the Chinese Populace norm（p 〈 0.05）;and therapeutic effective rate was 98.25% after consultation.Conclusion：Most of patients of Psychological Consultation in Cardiology department had psychological problems.The applications of Consultation-liaison psychiatry to general hospital are important and effective.
