丹红注射液不同给药途径治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Effect of Different Routes of Administration of Danhong Injection on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina

目的:观察丹红不同该药途径对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将明确诊断的心绞痛患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组个80例。对照组采用常规治疗方法。即进入监护病房心电监护,高流量吸氧.给予硝酸甘油(5～10)mg静脉点滴,给予止痛药物等。治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上给予丹红注射液静脉点滴和穴位注射两种给药途径同时进行。两组均治疗10d为1疗程,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。将整体疗效、症状和体征缓解情况、心电图改善情况、复发和复发间隔时间以及平均住院日作为主要观察指标。测的数据进行统计学处理。结果:冶疗组整体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者除胸痛缓解情况、心电图改善情况无显著性差异外,其余心脏事件、复发与复发间隔时间以及平均住院日均显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组复发例数少,复发间隔时间长,平均住院日短。结论:丹红注射液静脉点滴配合穴位注射可以使药物治疗作用、经穴治疗作用、穴位注射时针头对穴位的物理刺激作用珠联璧合,提高对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。

Objective：To observe the drug Danhong different ways of angina pectoris.Methods：Patients diagnosed 160 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment and control groups were 80 cases.The control group with conventional treatment.The ECG into the intensive care unit, high-flow oxygen.nitroglycerin（5-10）mg given intravenously,given pain medication.In the regular treatment group Regulations on the basis of the treatmetn given to Danhong injection ppint injection and intravenous route of administration of two simultaneously.Both groups were treated ad 10d course of treatment were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.The overall effecct,the relief of symptonis and signs,ECG improvemetn,relapse and recurrence interval and the average length of stay as the main observed.Measured data for staristical analysis.Results：the overall efficacy was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）.In addition to chest pain relicf of two groups of patients, ECGwas no significant difference in the situation,the other cardiacevents.tecurrence and the recurrence interval and the average daity inpatient significat difference（P〈0.01）.Small number of patients treated relapse,recurience interval for a long time,the average legth of stay is short.Conclusion：Intravenous injection point Danhong Drop with the point mjection can make the role of drug therapy,acupoint treatment,acupuncture point injection needle stimulation of acupunsture points of the physical perfect match,inprove angina pectoris.
