宫腔镜下注射5-氟尿嘧啶治疗输卵管妊娠58例临床分析

Clinic Analysis of 58 Cases Hysteroscopic Tubal Injection of 5-fluorocrail Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

目的:探讨未破裂型输卵管妊娠的宫腔镜治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院从2006年1月-2008年1月58例通过宫腔镜插管注射5-氟尿嘧啶的病例。结果:对未破裂型输卵管妊娠需要保守治疗的病例采取宫腔镜局部注药治疗简单、微创、效果好。结论:对未破裂型输卵管妊娠需要保守治疗的病例采用宫腔镜插管注射5-氟尿嘧啶治疗是一种可行的治疗方法。

Objective： research into hysteroscopie treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods： retrospective analysis of 58 cases of hysteroscopic tubal injection of 5-fluorocrail from January of 2006-January of 2008 in our houspitat. Results： treatment of hysteroscopic tubal injection of unruptared tubal pregnancy in conservative cases is easy, microsurgeries and effective. Conclusion： this method of hysteroseopic tubal injection of 5-fluorocrail treatment of tubal pregnancy in conservative cases is feasible
