复方甘草酸苷联合特定电磁波治疗器治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察

Clinical Study of Postherpetic Neuralgia of Herpes Zoster Treated by Compound Glycyrrhizin and the Special Electromagnetic Apparatus

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合特定电磁波治疗器治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHIV)的临床疗效。方法:对PHIV患者采取分组对照研究,治疗组28例,采用复方甘草酸苷联合特定电磁波照射;对照组28例,用维生素B1肌注。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为89.2%对照组有效率为35.7%(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义(X^2=11.29,P<0.01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合特定电磁波照射是治疗PHIV的有效手段之一。

Objective＇To study the clinical effect of postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster used by compound glycyrrhizin and thespecial electromagnetic apparatus. Methods： Am controlled trial was performed.28 cases in teatmcnt group received compound glycyrrhizin combined with the special electromagnetic apparatus,and another 28 cases in control group were simply given vitamin B1 by intramuscular injection, ResuRs：Cure rates were 89.2% in teatment group and 35.7% in the control＇ s（P〈0.05）, There was a significant difference in the total effective rates between treatment and control group（X2=1 1.29,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It is quite effective of compound glycyrrhizin combined with the special electromagnetic apparatus used for postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster.
