181例肺结核患者的辩证施护

Nursing 181 Patients with Differention of Symptoms and Signs of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:通过对181例肺结核患者进行辩证施护,探讨在中医基础理论的指导下,辩证施治施护对肺结核患者的疗效观察。方法:运用辩证施护的理论,从饮食、用药、病情观察、生活调理及症状护理等方面作了较全面的总结和一些有益的探讨。结果:辩证施护组的92例肺结核患者症状明显改善,总有效率达93.48%,对照组有效率为87.64%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合辩证施治施护对肺结核患者具有较好的疗效。

Objective:181 guidance tuberculosis patients were given nursing according to the different symptoms and signs,discuss under the direction of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,,Methods:Using Chinese medical nursing theory,we made a comprehensive review and some useful explores from the diet,medications,observation,life regulating and symptoms nursing etc。Results:the symptom of 92 tuberculosis patients in the group of Chinese medical nursing were obviously improved and the total curative effective rate is 92.3%,comparing 86.3%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing with differention of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese Medicine can obviously improve the symptoms of tuberculosis patients.
