经TIPS介入治疗门静脉系统血栓的临床疗效研究

The Study of Clinical Therapy Through TIPS Route for Portal Venous System Thrombosis

目的:探讨经TIPS介入治疗门静脉系统血栓的临床效果。方法:76例门静脉阻塞患者被随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予经TIPS介入术治疗,对照组给予传外科手术治疗。结果:实验组手术成功率达到94.6%,实验组在术后并发症率(x^2=4.290,P<0.05)和半年复发率(x^2=4.537,P<0.05)等方面均显著优于对照组。结论:经TIPS途径介入治疗更为安全有效,拓展了治疗途径,是值得临床考虑的治疗方案。

Objective：： To explore the clinical effect of therapy through TIPS route for portal venous system thrombosis. Methods： 76 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group were given surgery through TIPS route, and control group were given traditional surgery. Results： The successful rate of surgery in experimental group reached up to 94.6%, the complications （ x 2=4.290,P〈0.05） and recurrence （ x 2=4.537,P〈0.05） of experimental group was significantly less than that of control group. Conclusion： Treatment of portal venous system thrombosis through TIPS, is more safe and effective, and expands the range of therapy, so it is a deserved surgical type in clinical work.
