中西医结合在防治腹腔镜手术后并发症的应用

Integrative Medicine in the Prevention of Complications After the Application of Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨中西医结合在防治腹腔镜手术后并发症中的应用。方法:选取我院2006年6月～2010年12月行免钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者56例,随机分为两组各28例,对照组进行术后西医防治,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中西医结合防治,比较其术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组并发症1例,发生率为0.04%,对照组8例,发生率为0.28%,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:采用中西医结合治疗腹腔镜手术能够显著降低并发症发生率和改善预后,促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To study the theropy in control of laparoscopic surgery complications aft, or application. Methods： Select our 2006 June 2010 December line from titanium clamp laparoscopic cholecystectomy 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups each 28 cases and control of the western medicine prevention and control, the observation group in the control group to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine, the basis of prevention and cure, compare the incidence rate of postoperative complications. Results： The observation group complications in 1 cases, with an incidence of 0.04% group,Scases,with an incidence of complications,028% observation group significantly below the control group, P〈0.05,with a statistical significance. Conclusion： The combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment laparoscopic surgery to significantly reduce the complications and improve the prognosis, promote the patient recover soon.
