彩色超声观察低血压患者血流剪切应力对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响

Observed Affective of Shear Stress to Carot Atherusclerosis in the Patients of Hypotension by Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的:初步探讨低血压患者的血流剪切应力对动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:对入选的35例低血压患者进行颈动脉超声检测,测量内膜-中层厚度TMT,观察斑块数量,了解其与低血压的关系。结果:低血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化检出率77.1%,明显高于正常对照组的32、5%(P<0.05)。结论:低血压与动脉粥样硬化存在一定相关性。

Objeetive：To determine file relationship between sheafing stress of ftypotension and carot atherusclerosis by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods：Thirtyfive cases of carotid arteriosclerosis with Hypotension were investigated using color Doppler ultrasound. Graphythe intimamedia thickness,lMT degree and ratio of carotid artery stenosis were meg, sured atheromatous plaque showed the stereo image. Results：In the 35 patients of Hypotension,The carot atherusclerosis were lbund out in 27 patient （77.1%）At is higher than normorl Contrastive Group（32.5%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The relationship between Hypotension and artherosclerosis.
