匹多莫德分散片联合吡美莫司软膏治疗白癜风临床观察

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Pidotimod Dispersible Tablets Combined with Pimecrolimus Ointmet in Trentment on Vitiligo

目的:评价匹多莫德分散片联合吡美莫司软膏外用治疗白瘢风的临床疗效。方法:78例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组38例。治疗组采用匹多莫德分散片与吡美莫司软膏外用联合治疗,对照组仅外用吡美莫司软膏治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率70%,对照组39.47%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(x^2=5.21,P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德分散片联合吡美莫司软膏治疗白癜风安全、有效,患者容易接受。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Pidotimod Dispersible Tablets combined with Pimecrolimus Ointment in treatment on Vitiligo. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group 38 cases. The treatment group using Pidotimod Dispersible Tablets combined with Pimecrolimus Ointment and the control group using Pimecrolimus Ointment only. Results： The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 70% and the control group was 39.47%.There was statistical difference between the two groups（ x2=5.21, P〈 0.05）.Conclusions： Pidotimod Dispersible Tablets combined with Pimecrolimus Ointment in treatment on Vitiligo are safe and effective.Patients are easy to accept.
