卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of BCG-PSN Adjuvant Treatment of Recurrent Candida Vaginitis

目的:探讨卡介苗多糖核酸辅助治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:于我院收治的复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者共90例,随机分为2组,实验组患者及配偶均给予氟康唑胶囊150mg,一次顿服。下次月经第一天再次给予氟康唑150mg,一次顿服。同时给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射,2ml。每周2次,连用3个月。对照组患者只给予氟康唑治疗,所有患者治疗后1个月和3个月均进行随访。结果:实验组患者治愈人数39例,高于对照组35例,总有效率达97.8%,高于对照组,但经比较后,两组差异无统计学意义(P<05)。所有患者治疗3个月后,实验组治愈人数达40例,治疗总有效率100%,对照组治愈人数36例,治疗总有效率为97.8%,经比较,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者出现不良反应较少。结论:酮康唑与卡介菌多糖核酸配伍治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎临床疗效很好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:adjuvant treatment BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid recurrent monilia vaginitis of clinical curative effect,. Methods:The recurrent in our treated patients with a vaginal yeast infection were 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The patient and spouses are given fluconazole capsule 150mg,a meal clothing.Next time menstruation is first day again give fluconazole 150mg,a meal clothing. Meanwhile give card interface,nucleic acid injection 2ml fungus polysaccharide.Act 2 times per week,3 months.The control group patients given only fluconazole therapy,all patients after treatment 1 months and three standard follow-up.Results:the number of patients were cured 39 cases, 35 patients were higher than those in the control group,the total effective rate of 97.8%-101.5%than control,but,by comparison,two groups of difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients 3 months after treatment,the cure 40 cases,the number of total effective treatment group,cure toll 100%total effective 36 cases,treatment,by comparison,for 97.8%-101.5%a statistically significant difference.Two groups of patients deelop aderse reactions is less.Conclusion:health thiazole of ketone and card interface compatibility of bacteria polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of recurrent a vaginal yeast infection clinical curative effect is very good,and to promote the use of clinical.
