准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的手术配合及护理

Cooperation and Nurses for LASIK Surgery

目的:探讨近视患者行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)手术配合及护理。方法:对226例患者行手术前准备及心理护理,消除其顾虑,指导患者正确的配合手术,术后告知注意事项及护眼指导。结果:本组患者均顺利完成手术,4例角膜瓣出现移位,术后98%患者的裸眼视力提高,达到术前矫正视力,患者脱镜。结论:LASIK治疗近视的手术配合和护理对保证手术成功减少并发症的发生起着重要的作用。

Objective： Resdarched the cooperation and nurses＇ methods for nearsightedness who was operated by LASIK（laser in situ keratomileusis.LASIK）. Methods： Guided 226 patients, who were prepared to be operated by LASIK for psychological nurses, made them calm down and eliminated their anxious to coordinate the operation, informed them what should be pay attention to after the surgery. Results： All the patients of the group had smoothly be operated but 4 patients＇ kerato-section was offset, 98% of the patients＇ nude eyesight was enhanced and achieved the preoperation＇ s CVA （corrected visual acuity） and did not wear glasses any more. Conclusion： Operative cooperation and nurses for the patients while LASIK surgery are important for successful operation and prevent side effects.
