目的:探讨105例小儿上消化道异物取出的方法和护理经验。方法:根据吞食异物的性质、大小来选择合适的手术器械钳取异物。结果:105例患儿的消化道异物均成功取出,未发生一例并发症。结论:经无痛内镜直视下取消化道异物,直观简便,定位准确,成功率高,是首选的治疗方法。
