DeBaKeyⅢ型主动脉夹层覆膜支架置入治疗的围手术期护理 被引量：1

摘要 主动脉夹层（Aorticdissection,AD） 是一种起病急骤、预后凶险的疾病,急性期死亡率可高达70%[1] .传统的外科治疗方法,手术风险大,并发症多.1994 年美国Stanford 大学的Dake 首先将覆膜支架置入术用于DebakeyIII 型主动脉夹层的治疗,因其创伤小、疗效确切、术后恢复快,已成为DebakeyIII 型主动脉夹层治疗的首选方法[2] .合理、规范的围手术期护理可以提高覆膜支架置入术治疗DebakeyIII 型主动脉夹层的成功率,降低死亡率[3] .我科自2008 年9月以来,共行覆膜支架置入术治疗DebakeyIII 型主动脉夹层患者23 例,经过合理、规范的围手术期护理,全部顺利痊愈出院, 现将护理经验报告如下.
