精细化护理管理体系的构架与实践

The Frame and Practice of the Fine Nursing Management System

目的:探索精细化护理管理的具体构架,介绍我院精细化护理管理的做法。方法:以提高护士长的管理能力、创建首批《江苏省肿瘤专科护士培训试点基地》、简化护理文件书写、申办省"优质护理服务示范工程"重点联系医院为抓手,从转变管理理念、提高护理队伍综合素质、强化管理责任、完善内部机制、细化管理目标等方面进一步深化护理内涵。结果:护理质量得到明显提升,专科内涵建设有了新突破,简化护理书写初见成效,优质护理服务稳步推进,患者安全有效得到保障。结论:精细化的护理管理在促进护理内涵建设、改善护理服务、提高护理质量和患者满意度等方面效果显著。

Objective： To explore the specific structure of the fine nursing management, to introduce the practice of nursing management ha our hospital. Methods：to improve the management ability of chief nurse, creating the first＂ training base of the oncology nurse Jiangsu province ＂, to simplify the writing of the nursing document, to bid＂ High quality nursing service of the province＂ , to change the concept of management, to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, to strengthen the responsibility of the management, to improve the internal mechanism, to deepen the target of the management. Results： the nursing quality is obviously improved, specialty connotation construction had new breakthrough, simplifying nursing writing effect sees first, high quality service of nurse steadily, effectively guaranteeing patient safety. Conclusion：the effect of the fine tlursing management was so significantly in the promotion of nursing connotation construction, improving nursing service, impproving quality of care and patient satisfaction and so on.
