目的:分析社会因素影响剖宫产的原因,并提出有效的对策。方法:对深圳市水库新村社区健康服务中心2006-2010年595例剖宫产的原因进行分析,其中社会因素剖宫产位居第二。并对2009-2010年62例社会因素剖宫产的原因进行分析,结果:社会因素剖宫产率逐年上升。且各种社会因素是引起剖宫产率上升的主要原因。结论:孕期保健已纳入社区妇女保健的范畴,加强孕期健康教育,消除人们认识上的误区,建立和谐医患关系是降低剖宫产率的关键。
