异丙酚复合芬太尼与静吸复合麻醉效果比较

摘要 目的对比分析异丙酚全程静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉临床应用疗效。方法选择内镜鼻术患者80例,随机分成异丙酚全程静脉麻醉(A组)与静吸复合麻醉组(C组),每组40例。观察麻醉诱导及血压、心率,记录手术结束时候患者呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、定向恢复时间等。结果异丙酚组患者恢复苏醒时间以及手术完成后停药后血浆浓度与静吸复合麻醉之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),且患者恢复意识质量显著好于静吸复合麻醉(P<0.05)。结论与静吸复合麻醉下内窥镜术比较,异丙酚全程静脉麻醉引入平稳,手术中血流动力稳定,手术后苏醒质量好,并且能减少手术环境污染。
