半乳糖凝集素-3与心力衰竭的关系 被引量:1

摘要 研究证实,心力衰竭(HF)的病理生理过程是一个持续的全身性炎症反应。半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3)是作为一种炎症因子,参与细胞黏附、增殖、凋亡以及炎症、免疫反应等过程。近来研究发现,galectin-3可通过介导纤维母细胞激活及巨噬细胞浸润,参与HF的病理生理过程,同时可以预测HF患者的预后情况。本文对galectin-3与HF关系的研究进展作一综述。
