高校班主任培训工作实效性探析

摘要 班主任培训是高校师资队伍建设的一项重要工作,但目前高校班主任培训工作的实效性普遍不高,究其原因有学校因素也有个人因素。创新培训机制、拓展培训途径、加强培训师资队伍建设、增强培训项目的实践性等是提高班主任培训工作实效性的有效措施。 The training of head teachers is one of the most imp-ortant tasks in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.However,the effectiveness of this training work is generally not very satisfactory because of some issues from both schools and teachers.There are several effective measures for improving the effectiveness of the head teachers' training,such as the innovation of training mechanism,the development of tra-ining approaches,the enhancement of the construction of teach-ing staff,and the strengthening of the practicality of the train-ing projects.
