本文通过对社会管理创新必要性的阐述,引出社区警务正是社会管理创新所倡导的实践,并将十七大中关于社会管理新格局中所倡导的"党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与"原则应用于警务工作中,以寻求社区警务的新发展。

Through expounding on the necessity of the social management innovation,this paper draws out that community policing is right the practice social management innovation advocates,and applies the new social management pattern ＂the party committee,government,and social responsible for leadership collaborative,public participation＂,the 17th Congress advocated,to police work,hoping to seek the new development of community policing.
