上海交通大学九院临床医学院毕业生综合素质调查与分析

A Survey of Medical Graduates on Comprehensive Evaluation of Jiuyuan Clinical School of Shanghai Jiaotong University

本研究目的是,了解九院临床医学院历届临床毕业生综合素质及用人单位对我院教学的评价。采用自编调查问卷,随机和整群抽样相结合的方法,调查围绕毕业生的医疗能力、科研能力、教学能力、医德医风、英语水平、计算机能力及自我发展七项内容展开。共发放问卷306份,回收有效问卷238份,数据分析结果是医学生综合素质良好,用人单位对我院毕业生医疗能力、医德医风等方面评价良好。建议加强职业生涯教育、提升医学生职业精神;推广PBL及CBL授课、加强科研思维培养;加强双语教学、提升医学生英语水平。

This study aims at finding out the comprehensive evaluation of medical graduates of Jiuyuan clinical school of shanghai Jiaotong university.Questionnaire survey was cond-ucted in this survey on medical technique,research and teac-hing ability,and medical ethics,English level,computer leveland personal development of the seven items on 306 questionn-aires were issued and 238 questionnaires were received.The results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation of medical graduates of our school was good,especially in medical tech-nique and medical ethics.It＇s essential and important to carry out career education,expand PBL and CBL teaching,and im-prove English teaching.
