On the Network Participation with Chinese Characteristics

20世纪以来,随着网络信息技术的高速发展,人们开始相信通过网络可以拓宽人类社会政治生活的空间,提高人们参与政治的程度。虽然网络的产生发展逐步趋于成熟,但是我们在利用网络来参与政治活动的同时要考虑到网络的优势和不足,以便取长补短。因此要积极探索科学合理的途径,加强对网络政治参与的正确认识和有效利用,实现政治参与在网络空间里的价值。

Since the 20th century,with the rapid development of network information technology,people began to believe that the network can expand the space of human social and political life,improve people＇s political participation.The net-work gradually tends mature,so in order to learn from each other,we should take into account the strengths and weakn-esses of the network while using the Internet to participate in political activities.Therefore,we should actively explore the sc-ientific and rational way to strengthen a correct understan-ding of political participation and effective use of the network to achieve political participation in cyberspace value.
