近年来,农村教师总数急剧减少。与此同时,每年仍有成千上万大学生毕业并处于待业状态。本文试从经济学角度分析造成这种状况的主要原因以及国家为解决这一矛盾所采取的措施。

In recent years, the total number of teachers in rural areas is decreasing sharply.At the same time,millions of university students graduate every year and can＇t find jobs.In this article,the writer tries to analyses the main reasons of this situation and the measures taken by our government to solve the difficulty from the perspective of economics.
