Reflections on the Duty of a Head Teacher

作为一名教师,教育教学工作并重。班主任工作琐碎繁杂,需要智慧、耐心、经验等来解决班级出现的问题,能够很好地锻炼自身的能力。本文结合作者自身的教育实践分析了班级工作的发展现状,探索了教育学生的方式方法,明确了今后教育过程中应努力的方向,具有一定的现实意义和探索价值。

Nowadays,as a teacher,we should concentrate on not only teaching but also moral education.We should make use of wisdom, patience and experience to deal with the problems in the class,which practices our abilities to some extent.This thesis analyses the current situation about the development of the class and explores the approaches to educating students. Besides,this thesis helps the author be aware of the final goals of cultivating students in the future, which is a worthwhile topic to explore further.
