摘要
没有反思,就没有进步;没有反思的意识和习惯,就没有持续的进步。教学实践包括平时的课堂教学,教育部门组织的不同等级的研究课、竞赛课和交流课以及教学研讨活动。教学反思,既包括对个人教学的反思,也包括对他人教学的反思。在教学实践中,通过反思以往教育事件、反思教学过程、集体反思等方式,教师专业成长才能可持续地发展,才有利于教师对教学从感性认识提高到理性认识,有利于教师开展教研,有利于教师形成自己的教学风格和特色。
There will be no advance without reflections and there will be no continuing development without the habit of reflection.Teaching practice consists of daily class teaching, research class organized by education department, match and research activities. Teaching reflections are individual teaching reflections and others' teaching reflections.In teaching practice, teaching reflections are useful for the development of the teacher and formation of his own teaching style.
