没有反思,就没有进步;没有反思的意识和习惯,就没有持续的进步。教学实践包括平时的课堂教学,教育部门组织的不同等级的研究课、竞赛课和交流课以及教学研讨活动。教学反思,既包括对个人教学的反思,也包括对他人教学的反思。在教学实践中,通过反思以往教育事件、反思教学过程、集体反思等方式,教师专业成长才能可持续地发展,才有利于教师对教学从感性认识提高到理性认识,有利于教师开展教研,有利于教师形成自己的教学风格和特色。

Teaching reflections are individual teaching reflections and others＇ teaching reflections.In teaching practice, teaching reflections are useful for the development of the teacher and formation of his own teaching style.
