Along with our country＇s more attention to pre-school education,pre-school education get unprecedented development. But there are correspondingly more problems, among which is the development of private kindergartens. The flow of private kindergarten teachers is more prominent in numerous problems for private kindergartens.This article discusses on this question, analyzes the reasons for the frequent flow of private kindergarten teachers and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
