摘要
本文通过对教风和教学质量的分析,提出创建优良教风五大措施:把师德工作纳入到院教学规划中;制定院各专业教学标准;教学管理规范化;建立提高教学质量的长效机制;加强教研氛围。
Five measures are put forward to set up a good teaching spirit by the analysis of teaching spirit and teaching quality. First,teacher＇s morality should be considered in the planning of college teaching.Second,professional teaching standards should be made.Third,teaching management should be standardized. Fourth,long-term mechanism of improving teaching quality should be established.Last one,the research atmosphere should be strengthened.
