摘要
现实中, 有些教师不是从钻研教学大纲和课本教材开始练基本功,而是过分依赖教辅资料,跟着资料走;不侧重从课本一点一滴的知识开始, 引导学生进行思考、判断、质疑、比较、归纳总结,循序渐进地掌握知识,而是让学生陷入无限度的、杂乱的教辅资料中,千篇一律订资料,整齐要求做资料,做了一套又一套,不订不行,不做或做得不好要受罚。这种做法缺乏教学的主动性和针对性,违背了因材施教的原则,无疑犯了欲速则不达的错误。
In actual teaching practice, some teachers do not train students' basic skills by studying teaching syllabus and teaching materials,but relying too much on teaching assistant materials.They do not guide students to think,judge,question and compare by every little bit of knowledge in textbooks,but put students into a sea of teaching assistant materials.This kind of teaching practice lacks activeness and pertinence,and violates the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,undoubtedly too eager to succeed.
