Modern society requires citizens have good humanistic and science accomplishment and innovative spirit,cooperative awareness,open eyesight,basic reading comprehensive and expression ability, and the most important ability is th ability to collect and deal with information by utilizing modern technology. With the outlook of scientific development and the idea of information theory as guidance, teachers are able to look closely at the Chinese new curriculum reform and the quality and potential of students form a higher level.
