摘要
本文以实际教学经验为基础,阐述了对高职院校教学质量监控体系含义的理解,并从全过程监控、激励约束机制以及信息反馈体系三方面解释了高职院校是如何实施教学质量监控的,且就教学管理和质量监控过程中存在的问题提出了几点整改建议。
On the basis of practical teaching experience, this paper elaborates on the writer's understanding of the meaning of teaching quality management system in colleges and interprets how colleges implement teaching quality monitoring from the following three aspects: whole-process monitoring, incentive and restraint mechanisms and information feedback system.Finally,the writer proposes several suggestions to solve the problems existing in the process.
