从熵理论看校本教研对大学英语教师专业发展的作用

摘要 信息时代要求高校有复合型的外语教师,校本教研本着改良高校教师的专业素养应运而生。本文基于熵理论,从物理熵和信息熵的视角分析校本教研对大学英语教师专业发展的积极作用,以期引发大学英语教师探究校本教研途径、思考发展专业素养,进而提高大学英语教学质量。 There is a requirement for college English teachers to become compound talents in information age,and school- based research emerges as required,which aims to improve tea- chers' professional quality.Based on the Entropy Theory,this paper will analyze the positive application of school-based res- earch in college English teacher professional development from two aspects,namely,physical entropy and information entropy, which get a purpose to explore ways of school-based research, to evoke teachers to think about professional development and to improve college English teaching quality as an end.
