A Study on the Psychological and Political Education in Water Management Department of Basic Level in the New Period

水利部门如何加强和改进思想政治工作以适应新时期"和谐水利"发展的要求,是当前面临的一项刻不容缓的政治任务。笔者结合"大滁城"建设背景,经过一段时间的探索与实践,认为只有把基层水利部门思想政治工作与当前水利建设发展的实际相结合,才能确保"以和谐水利促和谐社会发展"的目标,才能充分发挥水利部门为经济社会发展和生态环境改善提供支撑和保障的作用,从而更好地服务城市建设与发展。

It is currently a crucial political task for water cons- ervancy departments to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work to adapt to the current developmental requi- rement of ＂harmonious water conservancy＂ in the new era.Based on the background of the ＂Chu City＂ construction and a period of exploration and practice, the writer thinks that it is the only way to ensure the goal of ＂promoting harmonious development with harmonious water conservancy＂ to integrate the political and ideological work of basic level with the current development of water conservancy, which is also the only way to give full scope to the water conservancy departments in social economy development and the improvement of ecological environment, so as to better serve the construction and development of our city.
