摘要
当前我国高等教育已由精英型教育向大众化教育转变,每年入学的新生人数激增。为了适应新的形势,同时让新生尽快适应大学的学习与生活,高校应结合新生的实际状况有针对性地开展新生入学教育工作,坚持服务本位,共同治理。
Contemporary higher education of our country is tra- nsforming from elite education to popular education,therefore the amount of college freshmen is increasing.In order to adapt to new situations,help freshmen to learn and to adapt to university life,the college should carry out the entrance educationa work with the actual status of college freshmen and adhere to service- based and co-governance principle.
