定向培养农村卫生院医学人才是适应新时期教育和卫生体制改革的需要,也是推进社会主义新农村的建设和发展的需要。根据农村医疗卫生的实际情况,各承担培养的院校必须深入地研究,制定以农村人口为服务对象的培养目标,优化课程结构和教学内容,培养"下得去、留得住、用得上"的高素质医学人才。

Directional training of rural medical talents is the need of modem education system and the reform of medical system and it is also the need to promote the construction of new socialist countryside.In accordance with the practical situation of rural medical work,all the colleges responsible for the train- ing should deeply study on it and make the training goal with the rural dwellings as service objectives,so as to optimize course structure and contents, and cultivate medical talents with high quality.
