高职学院实施学生职业生涯的引导和教育,对学生未来的发展以及社会人力资源的合理配置有重要意义。本文基于教学实践,就高职学生职业生涯教育从意义、目标、内容、步骤、措施等方面进行了尝试性探讨。

Career education of vocational college students plays an important role in the future development of students and the reasonable allocation of social human resources.Based on teac- hing practice, this paper probes into the meaning,objective, contents ,procedure and measures of the career education of vocational college students.
