摘要
糖是植物生命现象中重要的生物高分子化合物。本文研究了近十年植物组织中糖类化合物的测定方法,为植物组织中的糖化合物的测定提供理论依据。
Sugar is plant life phenomenon in the important biological macromolecular compounds.This paper studies the measurement method of the saccharine compounds during nearly ten years,including the paper sulfuric acid phenol,chromatography,thin layer chromatography,gas chromatography,and high performance capillary electrophoresis method.
