高校学生突发事件中的危机管理策略探析

An Analysis of Crisis Management Strategy of College Students in Emergency

本文通过对学生溺水危机案例进行细致分析,总结出了高校危机管理中以人为本是核心理念、信息沟通是关键环节、完善的机制是重要组成部分,最后提出了高校既要强化危机意识、完善危机管理体系,更要重视危机教育、提高应对危机的能力。

Through detailed analysis of three typical cases of university crisis of students drowning case,the author summarizes that in the university crisis management,people-oriented is the core concept;communication is the key;perfect mechanism is an important part.And finally coming to the conclusion that a university should not only strengthen the sense of crisis,improve the crisis management system,but also pay attention to crisis in education,improve the ability to respond to crises.
