摘要 为推动转化医学在中国的发展,本文通过互联网及数据库文献检索.就转化医学产生的背景、发展及研究模式等进行了综合分析。认为转化医学是10多年来迅速发展起来的一个多学科交叉的新领域,是连接基础学科与临床学科间的桥梁,其研究将推动个体化药品开发。为此.应强化转化医学的理念,构建基础和临床研究交流和沟通平台.推进新世纪我国医药事业的发展。 To promote the development of translational medicine in china, this article reviewed the background, development and research method of translational medicine. Literature retrieval through Internet arid reiated databases was conducted and comprehensive analysis was given. In the last decade, translational medicine has become a rapidly developing multidisciplinary domain, and has been a connecting bridge between basic science and clinical disciplines. Further development of translational medicine will play a significant role for the population health. We must take the opportunities to strengthen the concept of translational medicine, build the exchange and communication platform for basic and clinical research, and bring fundamental changes to medical sciences in the new century.
