论述了星星哨灌区节水配套改造项目实施技术方案,给今后类似工程提出设计、施工及监理的参考依据。
Technical solutions of implementation of the rehabilitation and water-saving rebuilding program of Xingxingshao irrigated area were discussed, and refereiace basis of design, construction and supervision was proposed combined with the similar projects in future.
