摘要
建筑工程造价管理是建设施工企业经济活动中的重要组成部分。企业的最终目的是盈利,工程造价管理好坏直接关系到施工企业的生存与发展。工程造价管理的目标就是利用科学管理的方法,合理地确定造价和有利地控制造价,以提高建筑安装施工企业的经营效果。本文就工程造价管理、工程成本分析与控制等几个部分对工程造价管理进行浅析。
The construction cost management is an important part in economic activity of construction enterprise. Enterprise＇ s ultimate goal is profitable, and project cost management is directly related to survival and development of construction enterprises. The goal of project cost management is to use scientific management methods to determine the cost reasonably and control cost favourably, so as to improve the business results of construction enterprises. In this paper, project cost management was analyzed briefly from project cost analysis and control etc.
