摘要 针对目前日益发展的发电厂对金属材料技术人才的需求缺口,本文密切结合教学和生产实际,改革了金属材料技术人才培养模式,优化了金属材料培训课程体系和教学内容,就新形势下的电力金属材料技术人才的培训提出了一条适应本专业特色的职业教学模式。 According to the growing gap situations on the power plant metal material technical personnel needs of the current power plants, this article integrates the teaching and the actual production closely. It reforms the technology training model of the metal materials and optimizes the contents of the metal training curriculum and teaching, and it develops the career training models for the power plant metal material technical personals to adapt to the nowadays professional eharacteristics.
