本文结合南京航空航天大学师资队伍建设的工作实践,从分析"人才强校"战略下高校师资培养存在的问题入手,对如何构建适宜的师资培养体系进行了探讨。

Combining with the practical work of faculty training of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, this paper analyzes the problems in college faculty training guided by strategy of ＂Strengthening University by Talents＂, and discusses how to build up appropriate faculty training system.
