兵团211高校如何做好生物学“国培计划”——东北师范大学生物学“国培计划”有感

How to Do Well Biology State Teacher Training Plan for 211 Univeristy of Army:for Reflection of Biology State Teacher Training Plan of Northeast Normal Univeristy

2010年是国家教育部正式实施"国培计划"的第一年,国家投资了5.5亿,用于加强中小学教师队伍的建设。文章从参加东北师范大学举办的"国培计划(2010)——中学生物学骨干教师研修项目"的感受出发,全面总结了"国培计划"培训的课程板块设置,培训课程内容,培训日程安排,培训资料等4个方面的内容,并针对西部地区"211高校",尤其是兵团的211高校,如何办好教育部的生物学"国培计划"提出了看法和建议。

2010 is the first year of implement of State Teacher Training Plan for national ministry of education. The state invested 550 million Chinese yuan to strengthen the construction of team of primary and secondary school. This article summarized comprehensively 4 aspects of contents including training eurrleulum setting, training contents, training schedule, etc. from ＂State Teacher Training Plan （2010）-High School Biology Teachers Program＂ held in Northeast Normal University. Suggestions and proposals that how to do well of the ministry of education of the biology State Teacher Training Plan were put forward for only one 211 university of army.
