摘要
本文以提高学生动手能力、学习兴趣和创新能力为目的,从五个方面来阐述《畜产品加工工艺学》实践教学的改革与建议:加强实验室、实习基地的建设和管理,将科学研究与实践教学相结合,增加综合性与创新性实验比例等。
In order to improve students manipulative ability, interest in learning and innovation ability, the paper described the reform and recommendations on the praetice teaching of Animal Products Processing Technology from five aspects: strengthening the construction and management of laboratory practice base, combining science research with practice teaching, increasing the proportion of synthesis and innovative experiments.
