点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗痤疮的临床疗效观察

Treatment of Acne with Pixel Er∶YAG Laser

目的探讨点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法中重度痤疮患者24例,以波长2 940 nm,光斑面积11 mm×11 mm,7×7点阵,脉宽2 ms,频率2 Hz,脉冲能量1 000～1 400 mJ的Er∶YAG激光照射病变区,发射6～9个脉冲。间隔4周治疗1次,共治疗4次。结果 4次治疗后有效率为95.9%,治疗后半年有效率为87.5%;患者满意率达83.3%;皮脂分泌平均减少52.6%。24例患者均无不良反应。结论点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗痤疮安全有效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pixel Er∶YAG laser in the treatment of facial acne. Methods Twenty-four patients with moderate to severe acne were treated by pixel Er∶YAG laser.The spot size 7×7 dots（pixels）,long pulse width,2Hz frequency and pulse energy 1000-1400mJ were used.Six to nine stacked laser passes were performed.Treatment was given at 4 week intervals and continued 4 times. ResultsAfter 4 times treatment,the effective rate was 95.5% and decreased to 87.5% after 6 months follow-up.Side effects such as postoperative hyperpigmentation were not observed.The patients＇ satisfactory rate reached to 83.3% and the sebum secretion was reduced by 52.6%. Conclusions The 2940nm pixel Er∶YAG laser is a safe and effective method to treat acne.
