摘要
肝细胞肝癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是最常见的消化系统肿瘤之一。微小RNA(miRNA)是一类在动植物及病毒中广泛存在的单链非编码RNA,通过对靶基因转录后水平的负性调控作用抑制靶基因的表达。近来研究表明,miRNA表达失调在各种肿瘤的发生、发展进程中发挥重要作用,是良好的肿瘤治疗靶点。本文就miRNA在HCC发生发展中的作用及其在治疗中应用的研究进展作一综述。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is the most common type of gastrointestinal tumors.MicroRNA(miRNA) is a class of single-stranded RNA which exit widely in animals,plants and viruses and negatively regulate the expression of target genes at post-transcriptional level.Recent findings prove that dysfunction of miRNA plays an important role in the onset and progress of various tumors,indicating miRNA a good target for cancer treatment.This paper reviews the advances in research on role of miRNA in onset and progress of HCC and its therapeutic application.
