囊性纤维化跨膜转导调节因子的生物学特性及与妇科疾病的关系

摘要 囊性纤维化跨膜转导调节因子(cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator,CFTR)是囊性纤维化(CF,cystic fibrosis)基因编码的cAMP依赖的氯离子通道。它在多种组织器官的上皮细胞均有表达,调节细胞的离子浓度和水分转运。近年研究发现,CF基因突变除可引起囊性纤维化症外,还与一系列的妇科疾病有着重要的关系。现就CFTR的功能及其与不孕、卵巢过度刺激综合征、输卵管积水及生殖道感染等的关系做一综述。
