LuxaCore冠核材料作为粘结剂对纤维桩固位力的影响 被引量:4

An investigation on retention of LuxaCore used for luting agent to fiber post

摘要 目的:纤维桩粘结过程中分别使用LuxaCore冠核材料(LuxaCore)和Paracem Universal DC(DC)树脂作为粘结剂,比较两者粘结效果的差异。方法:选用20颗新鲜拔除的单根前磨牙进行牙体预备,分别使用LuxaCore和DC作为粘结剂粘接纤维桩,电子力学试验机测试其固位力;扫描电镜观察两者粘接界面的差异;40例患者40颗牙应用LuxaCore和DC作为粘接剂进行纤维桩核冠修复,1年后复查,比较两者临床指标的差异。结果:两种粘结剂粘接的纤维桩固位力大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种粘结剂的纤维桩界面无明显差异;临床病例1年后复查,两种粘结剂的各临床指标无明显差异。结论:LuxaCore冠核材料对纤维桩的粘结效果与DC无显著性差异,可用于纤维桩的粘固。 Objective:This study was designed to evaluated the bonding effect of LuxaCore which was used for fiber posts' luting agent.Method:LuxaCore and paracem Universal DC composite were used for fiber posts' luting agent to 20 single root premolars which were recently removed.Retention force of the samples was tested using electrical mechanical testing machine.Splicing interface was observed by scanning electron microscope.40 patients who were used LuxaCore and DC composite for fiber posts' luting agent to post and core crown reparation,clinical situation was investigated after one year's follow-up.Result:The mean retention value was not significant differences between LuxaCore and DC group.No obvious difference was observed of splicing interface and clinical situation of one year's follow-up between LuxaCore and DC group.Conclusion:The bonding effect of LuxaCore used for fiber posts' luting agent was no significant difference to paracem Universal DC,LuxaCore can be used for fiber posts' luting agent.
