摘要
采用AnyCasting铸造模拟软件模拟镁合金汽车轮毂的充型和凝固过程,准确找出了铸造缺陷位置和原因,优化了镁合金轮毂低压铸造工艺结构,节省了调整工艺参数的时间及试模次数,节约了成本,为铸造镁合金轮毂的生产提供了理论依据。
Through the numerical simulation of liquid metal filling and solidification process for low pressure casting of magnesium alloy wheels using AnyCasting software,the position and reason of casting defects were accurately identified.The process structure of low pressure casting of magnesium alloy wheels was optimized.The time for adjusting the process parameters and the numbers for trial model were reduced.The cost was reduced.The theoretical basis is provided for the production of casting magnesium alloy wheels.
