摘要
在"球形镦粗法"的基础上,针对智能电镦机,提出了球形镦粗过程加热电流与压力的理论计算方法,对镦粗过程加热电流与压力等工艺参数进行了设计计算,并以镦粗位移为基准实现电流和压力的多段设置。通过具体实验表明,该设定方案合理,可靠性高。
Based on the "Spherically upsetting method" of intelligent electrical upsetting,the theoretical calculation methods of heatting current and pressure in spherically upsetting were put forward,the process parameters such as heatting current and pressure were calculated and the paragraphs settings were realizewd based on upsetting displacement.The practical results show that the new designing process is reasonable,has high reliability.
